Estella for sure, Estie is the best nickname. Stella is better than both though.

I prefer Estella, and I like Essie as a nickname.

I far prefer Stella. Estrella looks fake, and Estelle is better than Estella though not nearly as good as Stella.

My first association with Estella is Estella Haversham in Great Expectations. Estella is a product of her upbringing. Despite my first association I like the name.
