Not a name I love due to association (my husband’s cousin) but not ugly.
The actress Lesley Ann Warren played a character called Norma in the 1982 film Victor/Victoria. I always loved her portrayal of the character and I think it softened my feelings towards the name as whilst I don’t love it I also don’t hate it.
