I dislike Eva, Ive never liked it but I know someone with that name who I don't really like.

Katharine. I like that there are lots of nickname options. And the name is just very satisfying to say. Especially this spelling, for some reason. Eva leaves me feeling a little cold.

Eva: uncomplicated, sophisticated and pretty.
There would be potential spelling issues with Katharine (however I do like Katherine and Catherine).

Eva! My favorite name. Katherine is nice but feels matronly to me compared to classy Catherine.

Eva, Katherine is nice though. Eva is short , spunky, classic and feminine
