I’m sorry, but I’ve never been able to warm up to Poppy; I have no idea why. But, I do think the poppy flower is a gorgeous one.

I agree. Poppies are one of my favourite flowers, but as a name not so much. That said I like the idea of Poppy as nickname for Penelope.
