I'm writing an essay on Twelfth Night (and Antony and Cleopatra) as we speak! I used to think it was vee-O-la and I liked it. Then I watched the play in English for the first time, having only read it before, found out it was VIE-ə-la, and disliked it. Then I watched the play like, 5 more times, and it grew on me, as I adore Viola as a character. Still prefer vee-O-la!
