Not really my thing as a full name, and I would assume it was a nickname if I heard it in real life (which I haven't yet). It does kinda sound like a dated dog name (or maybe it's still popular?). I prefer Felicity and Fortuna as full names with nn Lucky. Chance doesn't really seem feminine to me, but it is also not overly masculine.
