Two names I came across at the same event today were Karlah and Blanca. WDYT?

I've never seen Karla spelled with the extra H at the end but I don't mind it.
Blanca I'm not really a fan of.

I like Karla but not Karlah, don't like Blanca at all, but Bianca is nice

I love Blanca. One of my favorite B names. Don't care for Karlah at all. Don't like this spelling and find it dated.

Karlah looks bizarre with the -h, like Debora without it. Blankness isn't attractive or encouraging! I'd prefer Bianca, but not enough to use.
