Newlyweds Mr & Mrs Faulkner have just moved into a Victorian mansion. They are the keepers of the graveyard. Son Godric has adopted a pet gecko that he found hiding among the gravestones next door. He named him Vladimir, affectionately "Vlad". His superpower is turning almost everything he touches to gold. He loves Vlad as people and animals are some of the only things he can touch that don't turn to gold. One of the ghosts from the graveyard next door haunts their mansion, having died in one of the front bedrooms from a suspected poisoning. They are observing the child's superpower with intrigue. They were discovered after the gold items started to disappear...
