[Opinions] Re: I have asked around the internet what female names people most associate with horror and the horror genre. These are the results!
I was unfamiliar with both the names Jennet and Linnet when I came across them, in Susan Hill's The Woman in Black and Agatha Christie's Death on the Nile, respectively, and figured they were just different spellings of Jeanette and Lynette as well! However, it turns out they're pronounced similarly to Janet, "JENN-it" and "LIN-it". I wish I had more context for both of them. The user submission for "Jennet" is the name I mean. The main antagonist/villain of The Woman in Black is a ghost/entity of dead Welsh woman named Jennet Humfrye.
