[Opinions] Names ending in -anna (and -ana)
I really love the name Anna (pronounced “AN-nuh”), and most variants of names including it. I’ve decided to share a list of names ending with -anna, because I love them so. What are your favorite names ending in -anna, and how do you feel about my list (Btw, every ending of -anna is pronounced “AN-nuh,” not “Aw-nuh”)?Leanna
Deanna
Loranna (“Lor-AN-nuh”)
Savanna (I prefer the Savannah spelling)
Vivianna
Roxanna
Arianna
Kayanna (Or Cayanna)
Jayanna
RayannaAs honorable mentions, I’d also love to include names ending in -ana, that I enjoy (these names are pronounced with an “Aw-nuh” ending”). Feel free to list names ending with -ana, or comment on mine, if you’d like!Alana
Aliana
Ariana (though, I prefer the name Arianna, pronounced “Are-ree-AN-nuh”)

I find Anna unnecessarily complicated, and longer than it needs to be. I'm OK with Juliana, but only as a mn; the rest I really don't enjoy, and that includes the -ana names. Marianne, yes; Mariana, no. Louanne, a tentative yes; Louanna, no.

Svetlana
Jana (starting with a Y sound)
Eliana

Juliana (starting with either a J or Y sound)
YulianaI also like Susannah and Shoshannah
My favorites are Joanna, Osanna, Susanna, and Georgeanna. "-anna" is much friendlier to me than "-ana," which risks sounding cheaply princessy, though I love Dragana and like Svetlana and Tatiana.

Both -anna and -ana are two of my favorite endings. They add frilliness to names! By the way, these lists are quite long.Adrianna

I like ana endings better. The one anna name I like is Julianna.
I think we have a lot in common when it comes to *-anna' names. I keep forgetting about Leanna, so I'll also add that one to my list. Same goes for Roxanna. Rayanna is interesting. I also prefer the Savannah spelling over Savanna for some reason. Nice lists. Here's mine...*-anna*:

Revanna - For a planet in one of my all-time favorite TV series "Stargate SG-1".

YanaI do prefer *-anna* over *-ana* most of the time because it looks more complete to me.
Interesting list! One that especially stuck out to me is Revanna; my grandmother is called Rivanna “Rih-VAN-nuh,” so it reminds me of her name. From your list, I especially like Joanna, Tianna, Jordana, and Yana!
