I have heard of it -- it's a cute, bouncy name with a cute, bouncy meaning. Typically, the 'k' and 'p' sounds shouldn't work together, but they fit perfectly on a raw gem such as this. I haven't met a Kapka, though -- I'll have to get in touch with my parents' Bulgarian friends.

Aw, what a cute name and meaning! I lived in Bulgaria for a year and sadly never encountered Kapka. It’s a bit too close to “cop” and Kafka for me to love it, but I definitely admire it.
