I'm pretty sure it's ee-ess-EYE.
Eye-eh-sie? Ee-eh-sie?
I don't like it. Jesse has a certain charm to me, I've actually never come across a British Jesse and it feels very American to me, in a very specific way.

YES sye, don't really like it, Jesse is nice
It's certainly more interesting than Jesse! I'd reflexively say "YEH-sye" (the second syllable rhyming with dye, fry, etc.).

I think it's best left in Biblical Greek times. It looks like a bad Scrabble hand. I'm not sure how I'd instinctively say it; probably eye-ess-eye.
I'd pronounce it yes-SEYE. It's alright, but I prefer the Hebrew Yishai.
