This is a new one for me! I've not come across Piera before. It's so light and musical. I don't generally like it when both names in a combo end in -a, but something like that suits Piera. Piera Adeliza is so satisfyingly early Renaissance. I was inspired by your Piera Cecily, and thought Piera Cecilia would be really lovely.Or Piera Valentina! Ahh, the romance, it's killing me I love it.
I do prefer Pietra, and I love it with Cecily and Juliet; also Letizia in Italian. Pietra Suzanne?
Hi!Piera has a granny/grand-aunt vibe in my opinion.
I can figure a Piera born before 1950s but not after that decade. It's not already vintage to be used again. It is currently old with a vibe of overused name (so many Piera in the past). Just it. It doesn't shine and very few people would think it's great nowadays. Maybe due 10 years it will become vintage but it's not ready these years.Since 1999 Piera fastly decreased from 66 babies born in 1999 (#301) to 6 babies born in 2022 (after #1300)Out of your list I like:
Piera Tatiana
Piera Juliet
Piera Cecily
Piera Filomena
Piera Letizia
Piera Adeliza
Piera Lucrezia
Piera Josephine
Piera Winifred
Piera Saskia
Piera Fiammetta
Piera Millicent
Piera CelestinaCan I suggest all the other names as Italian forms?Piera Tiziana
Piera Giulietta
Piera Cecilia
Piera Adelasia
Piera Giuseppina*
Piera Vilma* ✅
Piera Sandra

I really like Piera, it would be great if it was used more often - it’s nicer than Peta. I don’t like Pietra (or Petra) it reminds me of petrified and the t seems unnecessary, even though it ties it more to Peter. Piera is soft and elegant but I can see some strength behind it too.Piera Millicent stood out for me first. Piera Juliet is nice.

Don't really like it, prefer Petra
I don’t mind it, but I do prefer Pietra. Or even better, Petra. Piera Adeliza is lovely!
