I think their gives boy next door vibe is Andrew,
Jeremy, Mark, Matthew. And the girl next door vive is Amy, Emily, Michelle, Nicole.

Those were definitely the names of some of the people who lived next door to me growing up!
I would say that Next Door Names are warm, informal classics. They have to be ageless and familiar but not too trendy OR too fancy.
So stuff like....

Natalie and Carmen will forever be the girls next door for me since I had neighbors with those names, same with Gavin. Otherwise Ava and Harper for girls, Oliver and Jaden for boys.
