[Opinions] Cookie
A British tv actress Chelsee Healey has given birth to second daughter on the 22nd and she and her partner named their new daughter Cookie. Cookie is little sister to Coco aged 6. Personally I think the names are ridiculous as given names but they work together. WDYT?Don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from

Sounds like cats or dogs or a list of things to bring to a Christmas party. I feel like next will be Candy Cane.

Horrid.

I like Cookie and Coco both as nicknames for Cornelia. I suppose Cosima "Coco" and Cornelia "Cookie" would be nice.

Reminds me of my aunt named Cookie. Don't worry, it's just a nickname. 😄 Apparently when she was a kid her and her sister Penny (also a nickname) were inseparable, so the adults around them would often say, "You get a cookie for a penny." The nicknames just stuck.
I will agree that it's silly even as a nn, but even worse as someone's actual name. Same goes for Coco.

Well, I certainly hope that she enjoys cookies...if not, I pity her more.

The perils of a visual imagination: I just see a Cookie being dunked in Coco(a). Mother and daughters share initial C, mother and Coco feature spelling oddities; Cookie was Dagwood and Blondie's daughter in the old comic strips, probably a nn like Blondie. Oh dear. No mention of the partner's name or names; probably not John Smith.

Cookie and Coco are adorable as nicknames. As legal names, they feel too childlike.

Coco is acceptable (better as a nickname, however) but COOKIE? Thats going to get you bullied.

It's sad that two adults couldn't do better than Coco and Cookie.
Hell, it would be lame even for a pair of puppies.

She’s a celebrity so she can….It’s stupid but good for getting attention.

It's okay for dogs but not for humans.

I know a horse named Cookie

They do work together, that’s the only thing going for them. I would try to avoid naming humans something edible.
