Wren is my favorite. I also like Iris.
Iris and Wren are like polar opposite nature names -- elegant, stately, and clean vs. childlike, mischievous, and earthy.
Raya looks the most 'namey' of these. Based on the comments it's like Ray with an a on the end? I don't like that as much, I assumed it rhymed with Maya when I saw it. I still think it's good but it doesn't stand out.
