I love Calliope! It's unpopular enough that it's pretty unique, but it's popular enough that it won't seem "weird". How are you thinking of pronouncing it? There are several pronunciations, but I prefer the Greek one (cal-ee-OH-pee). I think Calliope Violet could work really well!
Lila is also one of my personal favorite names! It's short, but super sweet and feminine. I don't think you can go wrong with this one! :)
Violet is also stunning, but I kind of think it works better as a middle name.
I'm not a huge fan of names that just look like feminized male names. Theodora just makes me think of Theodore.
My ranking: Calliope > Lila > Violet > Theodora
