Emily Katherine. It flows and matches in style the best, although I guess that could make it expected and therefore possibly boring.
Grace is definitely too boring and expected. Diana is not quite right - it’s too much. Roisin could be an unexpected nice surprise in the middle name spot. Vera makes it old fashioned. Jessica makes it dated to the 80s for me. Audette and Jolicia are just plain awful imo.
Edit: first read Rosin as Roisin. I guess Rosin is ok, it’s interesting without being too weird like Audette and Jolicia.
