I agree with (all of) ShioTanbo's points about the flow, but I really enjoy your names. My favorites in order are Kate, Anne, Henry, Zachary, Louise, Faye, Arthur, Amelia, Elizabeth, Joanna, Jason, Miranda, James, Alexander, Bryce, Bryan, and Julie.

Y'all's names are longer than I would've chosen, but I like most of them.
Fiona Louise, Arthur Bryce and Callum Zachary, Miranda Julie Kate, Anjette Clara Faye and Scarlet Elizabeth Joanna sound good. It's the cadence that puts me off the others, not the actual names in question.
I think Toya ruins the cadence of Amelia Jade.
Anne and Dee sound like Andy but sounded out. They don't flow well.
Connor ends with an R sound and Arnold begins with an R sound. If the names were rearranged, I'd like them more. (James Arnold Connor is my favorite order.)
Syre ruins the cadence of David Alexander.
Bryan Jason Cole would have been the better order.
Is Maike a variant of Mike? If so, Henry Micheal Lane would have been better.
