I think I probably like it because it reminds me of zeit, and because I'm biased towards *el names. But it's not a name I'd use.

I always loved this name from Fiddler on the Roof! It's so cute and I love the "Tz-" bit, just so jazzy and satisfying to say.

Kind of like TZIE-tel (ie sound as in pie).
Tz sounds closest to Z in English (same as Tzipporah vs Zipporah). So the zeit part is basically as in zeitgeist.
