I think Harmony for a boy sounds old-fashioned like Harmon. Or potentially African-influenced like Happy or Goodness would sound to me. It's ok (I would prefer it to Harmon which seems stuffy in comparison), but I've never heard of one.
Angel for a boy seems Hispanic. Or else it reminds me of the TV show Angel (about a vampire named Angelus) or the play/movie Rent. It's ok, but I don't personally like it much (seems a bit cliche romantic).
