I didn't know this was an Italian name - I thought of the Japanese Amato which sounds different.
Italian Amato sounds okay.

I don't think it's bad, but to me it seems a little meh. Could still be good, though.

I like it. My brain does keep trying to churn out punchlines, though. (“You say ‘tomato’, I say ‘Amato’”, “Nothing, what’s Amato with you,” etc.)

It's very handsome, even a bit melancholy. I quite like it!
