It's good. I've only met one and it's pronounced like il-AY-na, which I didn't expect (I thought it was pronounced like Iliana).

I intuitively would say it as "I-lee-ah-uh"

I much prefer Ilena (I-lee-nuh) I think it not only looks nicer, but also sounds better as well. Ileana sounds a bit clunky.

I pronounce it Ill-E-ah-na

I used to be super into this name but have somewhat come off of it since then. I still like it but not to the same degree. The il- part I have been told was off-putting because of ill. Still pretty to me though. I would like to run into one IRL
