I prefer Florence. It's a family name on both sides, and as long as nns like Florrie and Flo can be avoided, I'd use it happily. I don't mind Constance, but I wouldn't think of using it: too many other names are nicer.
In my family there have been Florence Beatrice and Ann Florence.
I'd like Florence Emily, Florence Helen or Florence Dinah.
