Well that is an interesting way of thinking of it for sure. I've never thought of Chloe as phlegmy before. But I am of the age group where Chloe was associated with pretty, blonde girls and dolls in the early 2000s. We had a dog named Chloe when I was very small as well, a golden retriever. The equivalent of the pretty blonde woman in the dog world imo.Please rate my "Names I would Use" list & "Backup Favorites" list. Feel free to rate some of my other lists too if you have the time.
