I know that people are sick to death of both names, but I find Lily Isabella beautiful. Emilia is a gorgeous name, and I love Milly with a passion, though. However, Emilia Isabella doesn't do anything for me. I think Emilia needs a different middle name option.

For Emilia was considering rose or maybe lily. Would love a way to combine Emilia, Isabella and lily lol but that’s likely a stretch.
