I like it! I don't think it's too quirky; just the right amount maybe. There's a great character in the newish series The Fall of the House of Usher called Juno, I just love her.
I'm fond of June as well, and Juno feels a bit more "cool", more artistic. I think it would be a pretty easy name to wear these days.

I agree, it’s a bit more interesting and edgy than June, though that is a lovely name.
