I only like the spelling Marianne. The others seem extremely dated.

I like Mary-Anne best I think. The hyphen gives it a lot of quaint charm, and the e on the end of Anne makes it look "complete". Marianne is beautiful too, but too classy for me today.

None of those spellings. Marianne all the way. The two separate names makes it feel like first and middle name.

I'm Anne with an -e, and it's a family name, so that's always my choice. IRL, I'd name a child Marianne, but from this list, Mary-Anne.

Then I'd go with Mary-Anne. It's clearer than Mary Anne is, about asking for both names to be used together. And to me, Ann with no E seems kind of ugly.

Of those, Mary Ann. I mostly only like hyphenated names if they're French (Marie-Anne seems more natural to me than Mary-Anne?). And if I was going to use Ann by itself, I'd probably pick Ann over Anne; it's not a strong preference, though.

I would expect the spelling to be Marianne, if I heard it. Maryanne would be my 2nd thought.
