I've only seen it on two babies, but I think it's two too many.

Also, if I never hear some mother whining at her brat "Loooooh-gannnn!" in public it'll be none too soon.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
