I prefer the name Alisha to Alicia, as I really enjoy the pronunciation of "Uh-lee-shuh". I would pronounce Alicia either way that you listed, though I prefer "Uh-lee-see-uh" for it. Another thing, I think that Alisha looks nicer, for some reason!
