I think it makes sense if Hanna is younger than Paula.
Paula is a little dated but I think they work pretty well together.
That seems a pretty normal tame set to me.
It is a bit awkward. I find Hanna the odd one out. Paula and Anthony have a kind of dusty 1970s thing going on, while Hanna sticks out as being very modern/exotic. Even if it was Hannah, Paula and Anthony, it comes across unevenly. This looks like a "parents got divorced and dad had a baby with another wife years later" sort of set.
That is funny and so true. This is from a TV show. The mom is 37 and the babies have different dads. Paula and Hanna have similar ages, Anthony is a baby.
I prefer Anne to Hanna; I even prefer tired Anna to Hanna, but Anne avoids the rhyme with Paula, which is a good thing.
Paula is fine, a good fem form of Paul, much better than Pauline.
Anthony is OK; I find Antony safer, no -th- to mispronounce, and Anton the best nn.

It's not awkward at all, in my opinion. I don't care for any of the names, but I (as a Paul) always smile when I encounter Paula.
Paula just bothers me there.
