First, Fleur doesn't mean "rose" in French. That's actually Rose. Fleur just means "flower."
Second, I do quite like Fleur. Just know that its use in Anglophone culture is very British. It appears in British media frequently, but I've never met a single American Fleur. (No idea about Canada.)
Third, we know who Fleur Delacour is. :-)
