1. I would assume it's spelled "Kyra," which is my preferred spelling (though I hate the name).
2. I would pronounce it how it looks: "KIGH-ra" (like "thigh" + "ra").
3. It feels like a late-90s name to me.
4. I hate it.
5. I imagine an airhead.
6. Kira sounds less strident to me.
