It's really not how you want to pronounce it, it's how people WILL pronounce it. I know I myself tend to pronounce things my own way even if I'm told how it's pronounced (that is...if it's not a legit name).
Jalie - I pronounce it JAY-lee. I actually really like this! It's cute.
Elia - EL-ee-ya. It's okay.
Racha and Zacha - RAY-cha, ZAE-cha (the "ae" being pronounced like the "a" in cat). Racha reminds me of Rachel (which I like) and Zacha...kinda reminds me of Zachary. I don't really like it.
