Thats difficult. Some names sound very feminine but not princessy, or very feminine but not frilly. :/ I think associations are mostly responsible for these opinions.Aurelia - princessy, not too feminine or frilly

Most of the female names that end in "a" and have multiple syllables would meet your feminine and frilly criteria.Clarissa
