They are both quite a mouthful. I can’t say I like them. I do like the diminitive Yana!
I like Kaloyan. Kaloyana is alright too.
I adore them. They roll off the tongue with ease, and I also like how they look on paper.
I must be a weirdo for having trouble saying them, then!

I pronounce them as ka-lo-YAN and ka-lo-YA-na.
Had to look these up. They’re not bad names per se but would really stand out outside of their cultural context.

I think Kaloyan is super cool, I’ve never heard it before but I like the sound and the Kal- beginning. I don’t normally like many boys names beginning with K, but I like this one!!
Kaloyana is also nice, I’m generally not the biggest fan of girls names that are feminisations of boys names, but I don’t mind this.

That's a bit harsh. I think they're both lovely, in their Bulgarian nature, but I respect your opinion.
