Good with both. Probably Anna.
2. Emma or Elizabeth

3. Minnie or Margaret
Margaret. I don't love the sound, but it's a more regal name to Minnie (which I can't look past Minnie Mouse)

5. Bertha or Sarah
I'm tempted to say Bertha, because Sarah is so used and tired, but I can't imagine actually living with the name Bertha.
6. Annie or Clara
Clara, easily.
7. Ella or Florence
Probably Ella, though I don't dislike Florence.
8. Cora or Martha
Cora, though I don't hate Martha.
9. Laura or Nellie
Laura, hands down.
10. Grace or Carrie
Carrie is so insubstantial as a given name. If it were Kerry, different story. But here, I choose Grace.
