It's an underrated name. Pretty and unusual while also being deeply familiar. I've never met one. I don't think of Shrek, but I was an adult when the movies got big, so maybe that's why. I think it's useable!
It's a very different sort of name, but Rowena has similar energy to me. It would be surprising to meet one, but it's also a name I recognize as a sort of forgotten treasure.
