[Opinions] Is Jennifer ready for a comeback?
Is Jennifer ready for a comeback in your opinion?

Yes! Jenny is such a classic pretty nickname
Not quite yet. I think it will either fall of the chart of stay in the 500-1000 range until maybe the 2050s, when we will see a rise in popularity. I think it is a lovely name, but it needs a break.
I wasn't aware that it lost popularity significantly. But if so, it could probably resurge. I think many parents are tired of the trendy stuff and will go back to traditional names at some point.
The bigger they are, the harder they fall. I was also surprised to see such a major drop, but it makes sense. Jennifer was #1 for over a decade at one point, overuse has made it unbearably stale in most people's minds.
I think getting close
It's a Mom name now. I think once it becomes a grandma name, maybe in 10 or 15 years, we might see it come back a bit. I'd like to see Jenny make a comeback as a nickname. Jenny is pretty cute and it sounds very retro now.
no ...It only really fell from extreme popularity in the late nineties, so it hasn't had a chance to cool off. Right now, most of the Jennifers are grandmothers or mothers, and that's how they themselves would likely view the name.
I'll thin when Genevieves become grandmas
Needs more time to hibernate, I think. Give it another decade or two and it may get a nostalgic resurgence.I will say, though, that recently I heard a parent call out "Jennifer!" in public. Imagine my surprise when an 8-9 year old girl came running up! I had to do a double take. In a world of Sophia's, Emma's, and Isabella's, hearing a fresh Jennifer that wasn't 30's or middle-aged threw me.
I love Jennifer, and would be happy to meet one every day. It doesn't seem to fit with today's Top 20, unfortunately.
Not really. It has already had its moment, but I think it will leave the chart around 2030 or 2035. It's a nice name, though.
I don't think Jennifer is ready for a comeback. I've known so many Jennifer's/ Jenn's from my age group. I graduated in 1995 with a ton of them.
