[Opinions] The Worst Rated Japanese Names
There are only about 4 names that have a rating of 50% or under. Some of these are rated higher.Ōkuninushi - 33%. I don't think this is used for real people though.
Saburou - 46%. Trendy looking.
Takeo - 50%. I'm not familiar with this name, there might be some sort of negative association or something. Sounds cool though.
Juurou - 50%. Similar to Saburou this looks kinda trendy, but I don't think it's bad, but to me it looks as trendy as Jaxxon.
Moe - 51%. Probably there's a slang association. Same with Yuri but it's rated higher.
Taichi - 55%. Probably because of the meaning "thick one" or the association with Taichi from Digimon, which I don't think is a bad association.
I hope that you aren't offended.

To add on to what Higuma said,
Okuninushi is not used on real people.
Saburo and Juurou are old fashioned names that are probably not used often in Japan anymore. They are variant transcriptions of Saburo and Juro, which probably look "prettier" to some. Takeo also comes off as old fashioned.
Moe is an anime term used to describe cute characters that gain viewer's sympathy through their cuteness. That might be why, also.
Ōkuninushi - sounds like a mouthful; I HOPE no one is using this, that would be the height of arroganceSaburou and Juurou - I wouldn't consider them trendy as they were both used as a way to count your sons when you had way too many lolTakeo - used to like this name but now I feel it's too stiff and masculineMoe - I think it's rated low because it looks like the English male nickname; very cutesy thoughTaichi - I think people don't like the connection to the martial art Tai Chi; I think ita charming thoughMost people who are rating these names aren't very familiar with Japanese names so I wouldn't place too much importance on them.
