I’m most familiar with the Ottilia spelling, but Otillia is really pretty too!!
I think Odilia looks more modern but with a vintage charm and is even more beautiful.
I love Odette; I think it’s so elegant and sweet.
Otillie is cute, but I think it’s better suited for a nickname.
Odile isn’t my thing and looks a bit like an illness to me.
