I really can't warm up to Millicent. Partly because of the only Millicent I've ever known, but actually I didn't like it before we met. Sarah probably isn't too bad, objectively; subjectively however, it's a non-starter. My father wanted to name me Sarah Anne, after his late mother. My mother had no intention of commemorating her late mother-in-law, whom she couldn't stand though my dad never knew that. And I am just not a Sarah.
Millicent Sarah? Sarah Millicent works better for me, regardless of Sarah. But it certainly shows enterprise and initiative in your long-ago family.
