My favs of the combos are probably: Phoebe Lucia, Sylvie Dawn, Winifred Ambrosia, Elisabeth Ivy, Hazel Imelda, Felicity Aurora, Mabel Amaryllis, Iris Ophelia, Ingrid Celeste, Rosalie Hope, Guinevere Liora, Aimee Florence.
I also like these names:

Beatrice Esme is a nice meaning, but I'd like Beatrice Amabel better. I sort of like Belle but as a 1st name not a MN.
I would get rid of Serena Belle (too cutesy) and Tessa Ciel (don't think it sounds good together). My least favorites of the individual names are Fleur, Amelie, Blythe, and Lydia.
