I like Meredith and Phoebe but don't care for Robert or Rick very much. I guess Rick is fine as a legal name, but I would wonder if it was short for Richard. It's hard to find good middle names to go with diminutives because nothing really matches the vibe.

It's impossible to say what a third child's name might be without knowing the ages and demographics of the family, and what time period the show is set if it's a fictional show rather than a reality show.
But assuming these are fairly young kids, Rick seems a bit of an outlier.

Usually Rick is a nickname for Richard, but I could see it being a nickname for Roderick, Kendrick, or Maverick.
