It seems like I'm just rejoined the site for the seventh time... I will have to wait out a bit before I can add a user bio in my Behind the Name account. Right?

Also the discussions tab is missing from user-submitted names when I first join in. Also I have to wait 6 days before I can send private messages... Am i right?

So... when will the discussion tab appear after I join in and when will the ability to edit moderated comments and add categories appear after I join in?

Those abilities are reserved for veteran users (i.e. those who have been here for 6 months)
