Claudia: Gothic and romantic, definitely influenced by Interview with the Vampire. This could fit a variety of characters but they'd all need to have a strong personality and a flair for the dramatic, and intricate costumes. I think Claudia needs a setting that would let her shine-- I wouldn't use the name Claudia in a modern setting unless there's a legitimate reason for her to wear fancy Victorian clothing and talk like a Bronte character. Chaotic neutral to neutral good. She's very into herself but not in a villain way, more of an eccentric character who will eventually get involved on the 'good side' of the plot but only on her terms and she's not going to stick with a main party for very long if there is one.
Olivia: More of an average person. Could have almost any personality, but I think it would work for someone meant to be very relatable, like one of those typical self-insert "girl next door" type characters. Not anybody super important, and someone with a more subtle personality. In a historical or fantasy setting I'm picturing a 'regular townie' character who is either a side character or someone who takes on the relatable everyman perspective in the plot. If it's a modern setting she'd be similar, just a normal kind of person, pretty nice, not too popular or important, one of those characters who is attractive but the narrative insists they're average, meant for readers to relate to and react similarly to, etc. Neutral good to lawful good. Because she's one of those characters you're meant to relate to, she'll be average in many ways but also have some aspirational qualities, so for example if she's in high school she will have a small friend group, not popular or unpopular, and mostly try to keep to herself and her people, but if she sees someone being bullied she would step in because she's supposed to be a bit of an 'aspirational good guy' (so she keeps to herself, but so much that it leads to bad decisions).
Vanessa: This one feels like it needs a more modern setting to me. I can see it on a few different personalities but the one that sticks out to me is kind of snappy and a bit mean. She's definitely smart, probably popular, but too competitive and enjoys seeing her rivals and enemies suffer. I'd see her as a bit of a villain character, but maybe one with a redemption arc. I can't really pick an alignment here, I can see lawful evil to chaotic neutral? Even after her redemption arc I think she'd be dangerous to people she doesn't like, the 'redemption' would be more like switching sides / changing from only looking out for herself to helping the main characters with the main plot, but still being 'evil' towards whoever her enemies are now. She only cares about herself, at least at first, and is focused on competing with others to survive, but if she has an arc it would be learning to trust and work with other people as long as they're people she's learned to consider part of her 'clan' or whatever.
