I saw a few family names amongst these—Fannye, Queen, Mahala, Ferne (sister to Fannye), Charity, Sammie (who went by Sammie Jean), Louanna, Charity, and Medie (named after her father).
I agree with TMyers that a lot of them look like alternatives or misspellings.
