Tino and Chika are now well into their 70s, and enjoying a quiet retirement in Barcelona. Tino still occasionally takes woodworking commissions from longtime clients, but mostly, he focuses on family life.

She has been dwelving into Oceanic mythology for her next project, with Tamati as her first reader. Tamati has been focusing on cultural preservation projects. He recently spearheaded an exhibition on Indigenous maritime technologies. He is teaching Nnenne Te Reo Māori, and she's picked up enough to converse with his extended family.

Ada's husband grew up in Mexico city. His parents were archaeologists. He's a photographer and amateur guitarist who met Ada at one of Cedar's art installations. Ada's fashion designs have been featured at London Fashion Week.

She has also collaborated with Indigenous Mexican artisans, incorporating their techniques and patterns into her designs, inspired by her boyfriend. They often travel together, with Ada across Mexico, Nigeria, and India. Ada and her husband have just welcomed their first daughter.
