Sophia / Sofia is a beautiful name with a great meaning. Unsurprisingly, it was the #1 most popular name in the US for several years in the 2010s, and even now it is still very popular especially if you combine the percentages of both spellings. You don't know anyone with the name yet, but your daughter certainly will. Of course the name isn't bad or unusable, but you will have to weigh whether or not you think your child will mind being one of several with the same name in her class.
I would also think about how popular your last name is. If you have an unusual last name, it is less likely that there will be other people with the exact same name as your daughter.
