I prefer Sophie and though both names are polular (Sophie and Sofia / Sophia) I've only ever met 1 Sophie and I can only think of 2 maybe 3 Sophie/Sofia/Sophia's from Film/TV/Celebrities and that's it
Sophie from My Parents Are Aliens, Sofia the First and I get the feeling I should know a third but I cannot think of it. I have a character's voice saying "Sophie" and that's it, I cannot think of where its from only that it's American and probably from the 90s
I think the names are very pretty and I'd consider using them myself if popularity wasn't an issue
